IT – Manager: Projects

We are looking for a Projects Manager within our IT team that is experienced in the management of IT related projects within a complex business.

    Job Purpose

    This role is responsible to define and initiate a programme or multiple projects using Project Management methodologies and templates to manage delivery and mitigate risk for successful project delivery – in scope, on time and on budget.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Project management certification (eg. Prince II, PMBOK)
    • IT Diploma or degree
    • Honors degree or SDLC experience
    • Extensive track record of delivery of IT related projects
    • Proven record of programme management – multiple work streams, teams and people
    • 4 to 6 years project management, including project budget management
    • 2 to 3 years people management
    • Project delivery within a logistics/supply chain environment

    • Scope and delivery of a programme
    • Management of multiple work-streams, teams and people
    • Change management
    • Client relationship management (across all levels)
    • 3rd party supplier management
